For those of us who seek out art to help us through the hard times (okay, that’s probably ALL of us), there’s power in vulnerability. That’s the kind of power UC Berkeley junior Emma Gerson harnesses in her latest single, ‘I'm Not Ok,’ and we’re HERE for it. “This song is about my search to find humor in the struggle for mental health,” she says. “I hope it will inspire others to be honest with themselves about where they're at, that it will assure you that expressing pain doesn't make you a burden."
